WHERE THE LAW IS ON YOUR SIDE
Founded in 2012, The Eliav Law Firm, PLLC has been providing exceptional legal services to clients throughout New York City and New York State.
We have recovered millions of dollars in compensation on behalf of our clients. While every case is unique and prior results do not guarantee similar outcomes, all our clients can expect the same high level of dedication and professionalism.
Arthur Eliav, the firm’s founding attorney, graduated from the prestigious Stuyvesant High School (Class of ’99), earned his B.A. in Politics with honors from New York University (Class of ’03), and received his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (Class of ’06), where he was the Editor of the Law Review.
Mr. Eliav served for over 16 years as in-house counsel to the Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation of the State of New York, where (among other things) he oversaw complex litigation. He is fluent in Russian and admitted to practice in state and federal courts in New York.
